A Travel Protection Plan protects your travel investment, your belongings, and most importantly, you. We encourage travelers to enroll in a Travel Protection Plan in case an unexpected event causes you to cancel or leave your trip.
Through our trusted partner Trip Mate, we offer a plan that include benefits such as trip cancellation, trip interruption, travel delay, accident and sickness medical expense (COVID is treated as any other sickness), baggage and personal effects, missed connection, and more. The travel protection plan offered by Trip Mate provides coverage for trips booked directly with DuVine. Non-refundable airfare could also be covered for direct round trip air flights booked by others, to and from the scheduled trip departure and return cities, provided the dates of travel for the air flights are within 14 total days of the scheduled DuVine trip dates.
If you are not disabled from travel at the time the travel protection plan is purchased and the plan payment is received within 21 days of the initial payment or deposit for the trip, the pre-existing medical condition exclusion waiver will be waived. The travel protection plan offered by Trip Mate must be purchased prior to final payment due date. The plan payment is non-refundable after the free look period. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your plan document to your travel supplier within 10 days after receipt. Your plan payment will be refunded, provided you have not already departed on the trip or filed a claim. When so returned, the coverage under the plan is void from the beginning.
