A bicycle enthusiast from the time he was a child in the rolling vineyards of Burgundy, Clément has explored cycling in every form—from casual rides through the countryside to pro-level road racing, XL triathlons, downhill mountain biking, and extended bikepacking adventures—all of which culminated in a year-long journey from Singapore to Paris in 2019.
After earning a master’s degree in sports marketing from Lyon University, Clément built a career in the cycling industry, working in sales, marketing, and product management. Following his life-changing bike journey across Asia, he relocated to the Alps, where he spent the past four years as a bike guide, sharing his passion for cycling and local culture with others. Now based in Boston with his wife, Clément continues to seek out new roads, wild places, and the perfect post-ride café.
