Lorenzo was born a stone’s throw from Lake Garda in 1976 and graduated from the University of Milan in 2003. He started cycling in 2013 when he signed up for his first Olympic triathlon in Liguria. After this, he collected about twenty races on different distances before he realized that his real passion was cycling. In his professional life, he worked in large companies at the executive level for more than 20 years. He now lives on Lake Como, on top of the hills surrounding the lake. Lorenzo is excited to start exploring new things to do, investing his energy into his passions, cycling and traveling. In January 2023, he obtained at Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) in Switzerland, Level 1 and 2 Mechanics certificates.
